Ostler is $499, once. Pick your system below — payment happens on Stripe’s secure page, and your download starts right after, with the license key on its way to your email. Activation happens on your machine — no account, no phone-home.
Windows
Windows 10 or 11
After payment you’ll download the installer (.exe) — run it and follow the steps.
macOS
macOS 12 or later
After payment you’ll download the disk image (.dmg) — open it and drag Ostler to Applications.
The download comes straight from this site, and the app quietly keeps itself up to date from the same place from then on.
Good to know before you install
- One machine per install. Your data is a local database file on the computer you install on — that’s the whole point. It can’t be shared between computers over a network drive.
- Setup takes about an hour, wizard-guided, and you can stop and resume. Have your room list, rates, tax rates, and logo handy. The whole walkthrough is at the setup guide.
- The internet is optional. You’ll want it for email, card payments, and Airbnb/Vrbo calendar import; booking, printing, and reports work without it.
Already bought?
Your license key is in the purchase email — open Ostler, go to Settings → License, and paste the whole key. Need the installer again (a new computer, a reinstall)?
